Any other alternatives to getting money for college?

I receive ZERO financial aid, because my step father has not filed taxes for about three years, and FAFSA needs that information in order to verify how much money I am eligible for for the 08-09 school year. ZERO.

I do not have HOPE, because my GPA was a 2.9 and a 3.0 is required.

I cannot find a co-signer to sign for a student loan. My family is wrecked with bad credit. All of them.

I owe my school 3028$ for first semester tuition.

they are threatening to send me to collections if I don't pay up soon, adding 33% on the total fee making it around 4000$ + possible court hearings.

Rich kids are out there with there parents paying for college in full, and their getting ****** up every weekend throwing it all away.
