Heart Disease Assignment. Help please!!?

In health class, we are doing oral presentations on a particular diet and condition. I was selected Heart Disease. I've gotten all the information down pat put i need a visual aid to go with the presentation. The visual aid could be anything, but i need something fast yet effective. Remember to be creative :P thanks

You go to either a butcher or grocery store that cuts up their own meat and bring in a large piece of fat. My dietitian has a 10 lb piece in her office it will need some coating to preserve it. Got my attention every time I went to see her.
