Selling something on Craigslist and I might have a scammer, please help me figure it out!?

So I am selling my iPod Touch on Craigslist and I had a person named Jessica Spencer email me stating she wanted to purchase it. She says she has to send a certified check and that the money will be available within 2-3 business days. She's asking for my full name, address, and phone number. She says that she is hearing impaired and will be using a phone to aid in her hearing. Should I provide her with the info and if not, how can I find out if it's legit. I have only one other offer on the iPod and it's 50 less so I obviously want to get the most out of it. What should I do!?

Oh, and is there a way to delete an email that you already sent if the receiver hasn't viewed it yet so that they can't view it at all?

Grrrr no one even responded! Anyway, good thing I followed my instincts. I researched it with my best friend Google and we discovered that it is INDEED a scam. So everyone beware! If you get a response like this, and you feel it is fishy? Kinda reaking of tuna or something, make sure you follow your instincts. It took me a minute, but I did find that this is definitely a scam.

no darl. u have already sent the email, they would have received it - u cant take it back if thats what u mean?
as for the hearing impaired lady there is no knowing for certain, if your feeling a little worried about the idea than it probably isnt legit, theres nothing you can do about it - just trust your inner self.

edit:. sorry.. i just read your added information. Good for you, you didnt let that person take advantage of you! scammers will go to all kind of distances to make a fool out of someone!
