What's the most important quality for a daycare?

I own my own daycare. For the first time, I have openings (2) and no waiting list. It seems my advertising hasn't been too effective either. What is the most important thing for you when selecting your daycare, that must be included in the description? This is my ad (minus the contact info, which is actually in the ad):

Most people think that you can only get quality, affordable child care on base at the CDC. That is totally not the case. Family Child Care Providers are usually just as affordable (and in my case more) as the CDC, and offer as much interaction, education, and professionalism as the CDC.

If you're looking for a clean, loving, educational, and professional environment, then Bright Horizon's Learning Center is for you.

Two openings for children over the age of 2 will become available December 8, 2008.

The center is open from 0500 to 1900 to accommodate as many military parents as possible, and children are even accepted on the weekends as necessary.

When in my care, your child will participate in Montessori styled activities as a group, be encouraged to self start on an individual basis, eat nutritious food that I provide, nap in a quiet, sanitary environment, and enjoy lots of fresh air during outside play.

My rates are better than the CDC: $100/week, and I participate in the Air Force Subsidy program, which means you may not even pay that much.

I also participate in the USDA food program, which monitors the food I serve to ensure quality nutrition for your child.

If you're looking for a flexible, fun, loving, learning place to send your child, and need the piece of mind that they are well taken care of, please don't hesitate to call or email!

Have I done something wrong in this ad?

Sorry, I should have mentioned that I am a center for military only :o)

As a daycare owner myself, I agree your ad is too long and you sound desperate.

Brag about the good things at your daycare without bashing the CDC.

I would suggest just stating your daycare is very affordable and make them call to get the exact price. Once you get them on the phone, it's your job to sell yourself.

Hope this helps. Good luck. I have one opening that I'm hoping to fill with an interview this afternoon!

I think that the ad is just so long that it makes people stop reading.
It sounds like you have a good day-care, but I would just simplify the ad, stating that anyone interested can contact you if they have more questions.

It's too long.... shorten it, make it simple and direct. When they call you, that's when you can go into detail about all that other stuff.

one thing that I get from it is that you make it seem like you are daycare for military families....Here are changes I'd make

Take all of this out:( Most people think that you can only get quality, affordable child care on base at the CDC. That is totally not the case. Family Child Care Providers are usually just as affordable (and in my case more) as the CDC, and offer as much interaction, education, and professionalism as the CDC)

Make it clear you aren't just for military families: The center is open from 0500 to 1900 to accommodate as many military parents as possible, and children are even accepted on the weekends as necessary.

My rates are better than the CDC: $100/week, and I participate in the Air Force Subsidy program, (TAKE THIS OUT which means you may not even pay that much).

Edit:
actually pixel makes a good point... it's to long. Here is what I would say:
