Can i change financial aid situation for college? |
i got financial aid for 2008-2009 school year on the fafsa thing. i know the tax info from 2007 i gave decides how much i get but i havn't had a job for 2 months and i am running out of money. the next semester starts in january 2009 can i change my financial aid somehow to get more back after tuition talk to your financial aid counselor. take all proof of income & expenses. No. The income you earned in 2007 is still the same. You can't change it on the fafsa to get more money now. You can got to the fin aid office and ask to have your loans increased, but most schools offer you the max to begin with so this may not help you. Wouldn't hurt to try. |
