What is a good concerta dosage?

hypothetical situation... If I were to take a certain amount of concerta to aid me in day long examinations, what would be an appropriate dosage? Info.. 160 lbs, taken concerta 18 mg three times and 27 mg once without much effect. Would like to emphasize I'm abosulutely not trying to get high, just need help focusing. So please no lectures!! Thanks a lot. Once again this is a hypotheical situation.

Methylphenidate is a stimulant, and is the closest pharmaceutical equivalent to cocaine. Forgive me if I don't believe your statement that you are not trying to get high. The mode of action of this drug is not known so taking all these things into account a proper drug dosage is only that prescribed by a physician. Look up "concerta" in a Yahoo! web search for recommended dosages.
