On a loser scale how do I measure up?

All right here is my self disclosure I am 22 yrs old male I have 2 associates degrees one in Integrated Studies with concentration in technology and the other in Networking Technology. I am currently perusing another associate鈥檚 degree in Computer Information鈥檚 technology with concentration in System Administration and trying to find a way to pay for a University and get a Bachelor in Professional Education (Technology instructor)(cannot afford it don鈥檛 qualify for financial aid and can鈥檛 find a scholarship so I have been paying for college out of my pocket). I have an internship with the government as a computer clerk (very low wage because I am mostly getting paid with experience). I am taking guitar lessons (for about a year now still not that good yet but could play some songs.) I still live with my parents because I can鈥檛 afford to live on my own as of yet. I have 5 friends but only one of them I hang out with consistently and is close. Never had a girlfriend because all the girls I dated weren鈥檛 what I was looking for also I never found the time to start a relationship. I volunteer often I am now a part of the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. And I am still a virgin because I am saving myself until I get married.

I wouldnt say this makes you a loser. It sounds like you know how to interact socially, just dont have the time. If you see yourself as a loser, just wait another 5 or 10 years and see how you measure up to the people who istead of working hard towards a degree just partied all the time. You will be the one with the good paying job, nice house, and possibly married. There is nothing wrong with saving yourself for marriage or for being picky in who you date. You know what you are looking for in a relationship and thats a good thing. Why waste time on people if you know its not going to last?

Don't ask us if you are a loser, ask your self. Learn to find answer within yourself. You can't always go to other people for validation, because people judge others on their own standards, and everyone is different.
But, in my own judgement you aren't a loser. You are doing the right things that will help you win in the end.

It is really sad that you are asking this question. Your sense of weather you are a loser or not needs to come from yourself. It seems like you are wanting us to pat you on the back and say you are OK when this needs to come from yourself with us.

From 1 to 10 I'd give you about a 7. Minus 1 because you said "loser" in your question about yourself. Minus 1 because you need a bachelor's degree asap. Minus 1 because you've never had a girlfriend.

Sounds like you're doing most of the right things to set yourself up in life. Now just take a long weekend in Amsterdam to sort out that other issue then you can relax.

On a scale of one to loser, I am the loser, so don't even worry about it. At least you have some type of degree.

eh....all sounds ok but very very boring. Why are you "saving" yourself? religious reasons??? Please clarify so that I may properly respond regarding that issue.
