Sorry

first of all you have too many commas which is leading to incomplete sentences and run ons. Fix that and seperate your first paragraph into two different ones to create a topic paragragh and the rest will be support ones.

Firstly, your first paragraph lacks fluid transition between your sentences. It sometimes starts abruptly without stating its relation to the previous sentence. Also, I think you are trying a little too hard with the complex-compound sentences. Longer doesn't always make you sound intelligent, so break up some of them (for example, the first sentence. The second works). I am assuming that the last sentence of the first paragraph is your thesis.
Secondly, take a good look at your paper. Am I the only one who sees "individual" being repeated... a lot?
Thirdly, who is this "we" you are talking about? People in general? Workers? Students? Somewhere, you need to specify that, but if the point of this paper was to be in third person, you can't even have the word "we" in your paper.
That's really all I can help you with right now, since it appears that your entire paper didn't fit in the space.

On a lighter note, great word choice in some areas "fosters" and "susceptible" aren't words used daily. It is evident that you feel a lot towards the cause and purpose, but perhaps you should put some logistics in for more support. Ever heard of logos, pathos, and ethos? Try and use a good amount of all three to get a more persuasive paper.

I highly suggesteven though im only 15 i sugest tweaking it into categorized paragraph , and i tweaked a couple sentences so just do that and watch ur punctuation ok ur welcome...

I can see you are a VERY good writer. Which also means a very detailed writer, and that can be confusing and too wordy. I would try to take out un-needed wording. Many of the sentences are too long, and should be divided into 2 sentences. For example in the first paragraph, I made a few modifications. Try to carry this throughout. Great job though! :)
