How greedy can the Palestinians get? what more do they want from the world? they want Israeli land, they want money from the world, they want to be allowed possessions of fire arms. what more? When Israel withdrew from Gaza in 2005 and evacuated Gush Katif settlements, they left behind numerous community centres, schools, multi-purpose buildings and facilities and even a greenhouse in which you can grow food!

And, what is given to the Palestinians will only be used to destroy, they have not been known to build anything productive to society in their existence. About three trucks (maximum) a day are allowed in Gaza to aid 1.5 million lives.
Those 3 trucks are supposed to heal the 3000+ injured (half is kids)
Feed the 3000+ injured people and the rest of the 1.5 million civilians.

Hint: It is not A or C. Not to point any fingers, but this question is absolutely irrational. What kind of a person wishes that victimised people should be treated with more cruelty ? There are children over there ! Does your heart even beat ? Because when you feed a wild hog all you get is a bigger wild hog with a bigger appetite. First, the Palestinians are not receiving aid that other countries are dreaming of. The emergence of Hamas can be traced to the lack of funding the PLO received. The fact that they are so well supported is a testimony to the fact that they stepped up to fill the void by supplying Hamas doctors at free clinics, free education, free food, etc. Of course, this was all a pragmatic attempt to gain support for their more nefarious actions, but it worked.
Second, your argument that they should use the money they do have for supplies rather than weapons fails on two fronts. First, the argument could be used against all but nine countries on earth (Nine is the number of countries that do not have standing armies). Why not, instead of spending money or Iraq, doesn't the US secure their debt and fix their economy? Why not, instead of funding their army, doesn't China fix their pollution problems? The answer is simple. Hamas is next to a nuclear powered country. While Hamas would like to see Israel gone, Israel is actively making sure that Hamas is destroyed. They cannot justify spending money elsewhere at the moment UNLESS they wish to appear as though they are nothing more than an aid movement. If they look like an aid movement, they lose legitimacy.
Third, you are assuming that AID CAN GET INTO GAZA. The UN and Red Cross can't ship aid to Gaza because the Israeli IDF has been murdering their relief workers ("We've been co-ordinating with them (Israeli forces) and yet our staff continue to be hit and killed.") . The other fact is that Gaza is not an area people can freely enter and leave. There has long been walls surrounding the ghetto to keep people in, journalists out, and supplies nonexistant.
And just FYI, $2.5 billion dollars a year is next to nothing when it is constantly being seized by the Israelis. ("Israel has begun returning to the Palestinians some of the hundreds of millions of dollars in tax funds it had frozen for 17 months") I would love to see you administer a stable government without tax funds for a year and a half. You are pathetic.
You call them greedy? You call the 3 kids who were sitting beside their mothers who died of starvation, greedy? You call rarely having electricity, greedy? You call Gaza being a humanitarian crisis, and worsening bythe day, and them trying to get aid, greedy?
When UN tries to send in aid; Israel fires at them. Hamas provides hospitals and schools for their people. But hospitals are running out of even the most basic items and medicines are lacking.
And Israeli land? Get a clue. I hope your children go through that one day. I will tell you how greedy you are for wanting more.

Oh God. You really know nothing. Israel controls all of Gaza. They even get to decide who is a Palestinian and who is a resident. And Fatah is a corrupt party. They always give into Israel and do nothing for their people.
