Im seeming to have an issue with graphing formula's from worded math problems...heres the issue....?

C(x) = 20/(50+x) x 100%

this is the formula. c (x) is the concentration of acid, and i have to graph this... please...some help? the 100 percent there is just to turn the decimal into a percentage so im not sure if its necessary...most likely not, just changing the scale i guess.
please help..... any more information need just tell me and i will fill you in to better aid this process......HELP

You should come up with a curve gradually sloping downwards to the right, with y-intercept at (0, 40.00).

The curve will never touch the horizontal axis.
