Recent global wealth distribution stats & charts?

Would anyone know where to find recent global wealth distribution charts and statistics. Particularly, I am looking for nice & clean graphical comparisons of international GDP. I am planning to use this information in a power point presentation on why people should contribute to international development & aid charities. The purpose of the GDP graph would be to vividly illustrate the disparities in distribution of wealth and quality of life throughout the world to my American audience. Any ideas or information for the presentation would be much appreciated too.

Your best bet is the World Bank's website. They publish an annual report comparing each country's GDP and also HDI levels. I think the most recent one is the 2007 report.
