I have state aid and Child Support division wants my ex's info..?

my question is idk where he lives, other than florida.. Ive asked he wont tell me, he has no job and he has no home, lives with a friend and that friend i have looked up and there info is not found, im thinking the got a place wiht someone elses info. HOW IS THE STATE CHILD SUPPORT PLACE GONA BE ABLE TO GET HIM FOR CHILD SUPPORT IF I DONT KNOW WHERE HE IS ? and how does that work if the state aid place is filing for support do i get that money or does the state aid place get it?

They could find him if the really wanted too. I say they should find him and go after him and make him pay. I'm not sure who would get the money once they do catch up to him. That's something you have to ask the state about.

Give the state his last known address and his social security number if you know it. They can find anybody if they want to. You can give them a description of what he looks like, any tattoo's,relatives that might know where he is living. As far as the support, it probably will depend on the state you live in .

Honey they are pretty good about finding people. Everyone leaves some kind of trail. They have more access to info than you do. The state will file it. The money will go to you. If you have medicaid on your baby/babies he will have to pay some for the medicaid which will go to the state, but you will get the child support money. It may take time though if they have to search for him, you'll just have to be patient.

You will get the money. They have other ways of looking him up. If he has a license. It will take longer yes since you don't have an address but they can look his taxes if he filed any and contact other people who might know where he is. Just give them the info you have and they will do what they can. Give them the phone number you talk to him through they may be able to get an address with that information.

If they cannot track him, they won't get their aid and he will just have larger backed support to pay.

You should call the administrators and tell them.

You picked a real winner in this guy. My suggestion: get a job and move on past him.
