Is Europe with all its wealth, providing enough to aid in the development of poor countries?

Im doing a debate, and i need information or help to oppose this moot.. in other words saying that europe IS doing enough to provide for the poorer countries... or do they even need to?? what do they owe the poorer countries???? Let me know your input!

Yes all developed countries like NZ Australia UK germany France Canada sweden finland china and lots more have agreed to pay part of the GNP to developing countries which makes it fair to everyone

when i was in malaysia in 1970 the malaysian Government was Given the Equivalent of 3 000,000 US which it spent to satisfy about 40 % of the country by Building the national Mosque so the Country sending the Money said no more cash good in Lieu

it is my opinion that some countries like Mugabe's use the Foreign aid to pay their cronies instead of repairing the damage done By an Unnecessary civil war which only hurt the Zimbabwe Citizens

and developed countries owe the poor nothing it is done because we are nice people the USA and its Allies are pouring trillions to rebuild Iraq and Afghanistan

after WW2 the usa Via the Marchall Plan Paid 2,300,000,000 USD to rebuild Mainland Europe so in fact the USA and Europe have done more than it should

The IMF is owed Many Trillions by poor countries from loans that often get Cancelled then these countries get more gifts that they spend on weapons to kill each other

if everyone who has and had owed the USA and the UK Money paid it back the Stimulus package by the USA would be Chicken feed

after WW1 the European countries owed the UK Money was more than 3 times what the UK owed the USA and all cancelled

I for one thing that the developed countries should stop paying countries that by arms with foreign aid

If you look at the table here it shows the amount donated as a percentage of Gross National Income in 2005 (the target is 0.7% several nations have agreed a timetable to meet that amount by 2015). As you can see of the nations that had already achieved that target all are in Europe (although not all part of the European Union).

the only country out there that does its part to help poorer countries is the USA. of course, im sure there are europeans who are going to say that they do a lot too, and that "America doesnt help ___," or "America helps ____, and thats evil!" but honestly, if u look at the reality, (as politically incorrect as it may sound) its that europeans simply choose to be isolationists because they arent as giving as the americans that they constantly are condemning.

This African economist says the best thing for Africa would be to have NO aid. It fuels corruption, and stifles initiative, creating a beggar mentality. The only positive thing it creates is a large number of rather pleasant jobs for the donors.
What the west ought to do is to stimulate trade by removing iniquitous tariff barriers. In fact so little is done here that I wonder if the real point of aid is now to bribe the African leaders to keep quiet about this.

Let's give them books. Books/Knowledge that we, Europeans have written for centuries.
Then let them plant their own food, study and research technology and let Africa utilize its natural resources which is vast.
