I need help with my fafsa .... please?

my fafsa was rejected and the college's financial aid office has sent me an email telling me that they cannot determine my eligibility for fainancial aid and that i have to make correction to my fafsa and fill out my paernts information and the problem is i cannot answer some of the qustion because i live here by my self , my father has passed away 10 years ago and my mother lives in another country she's not even a citizen .. am a citizen and i came her to go to college that's why i have no answers to the parents information section of the fafsa ... and when i called the financial aid federal processor they told me to talk to a financial aid administrator .... where i can find him ?!! i really don't know ... please help me

What school are you planning to attend? Go to their website and search for "financial aid."

Or, you said that the financial aid office sent you an email. Reply to the email they sent you and explain your situation just as you did in this question. You may need to provide the school with more information.

The federal processor cannot help you with this because all they do is analyze the data you put on your FAFSA. Only the school can assist you in this area.
