ANY ADVICE REGARDING REPORTING A POLICE OFFICER...?

We are intending to post an official complaint against a police officer who misused her authority to aid her friends in finding information about us. She has failed to give us any satisfactory reasons for her actions and we believe she has misused her powers. the "friends" concerned have also been following us. We intend to make a very big deal of this matter as it involves people who mistakenly believe they are men (they should check out the real men who work on the front lines for the armed forces. THEY are men). They are greedy, manipulative, selfish, worthless wastes of space who get a kick out of ripping people like us off. I would hate to be so worthless.

Anyone with a little experience of pursuing "misguided" police officers, please reply. Many thanks.

COLIN SHENTON, GARETH "SHENTON" HAROLD. SO MUCH CRIME, SO MUCH GREED, SO LTITLE POINT IN BEING ON THIS PLANET. PITY THEM.

Honest answer, DON'T.

Get in touch with the complaints office at your regional police head quarters, first by telephone to obtain the name of the person you are dealing with. Then by letter addressed to this person, make sure that you photocopy the letter and get a certificate of posting. This may seem a lot of messing about, but at the end of the day, complaints made at the front desk of a police station tend to "get lost", these people look after each other !

If oyu are in the UK try contacting the Independant police complaints commission, i'm sure thats what they're called but they have to listen to your case, police officers are not above the law, police officers are public servants and are supposed to get longer sentences if they have been found to abuse their powers, just the same as if a teacher was to get into a relationship with a student

To report a police officer firstly you must calm down, you are sounding a bit mad to be honest. You can either write to the Superintendent of the police station she works at, or go online and get a form for the IPCC. Dont say things like you've said above, state the facts in a calm and polite manner.

The police seem loath to investigate themselves and 'may' look to make life harder for you. That said, you could try ringing your local Mp.

Just a friendly word of warning.
No I am not a copper nor do I even like cops.

However, be very sure about your evidence and how you approach this matter.
The police are to all intents and purposes, a closed society.
The officer of which you speak may be the most hated person by her colleagues at the station, yet any legal persuance of her by a member of the public will draw outrage from those same colleagues.

They can collectively make life very difficult for you, they are not the angelic public servants that some people like to think they are and will stick together through thick and thin.

Having said that, if you have good hard evidence against one of them, then speak to a specialist solicitor (yes they do exist) and make sure you see it through to it's conclusion, but above all "Get the Bast@rd"
