Could anyone else correct my cover letter please?

Dear Sir/Madam,

鈥∕y name is XXX and I am writing to see whether XXX has any jobs available, or alternatively, opportunities for work experience.鈥ㄢ€?
My career goal is to work as a member of staff with NGO in the area of international relations or international aid. In order to achieve this goal I have so far completed a Bachelor of International Relations in Japan, and spent almost eight years living in the UK, learning about culture and studying English to a reasonably competent level. All that remains is for me to find a job that will start me in the right direction, and so due to XXX being a London-based organisation that is by nature involved in international relations, I believe it would be the perfect place for me to work.
鈥ㄢ€∕y CV shows that I have solid office and management experience, and am fully computer literate. So, if by any chance, there is a position at your organisation that would gain from employing a smart, enthusiastic, career-driven individual, please do not hesitate to consider me.鈥ㄢ€ㄣ€€Alternatively, my current employer is flexible enough to give me Wednesdays off should I be offered any work experience opportunities. Therefore, if you do not have any actual positions available would you consider me for work experience (paid or unpaid) one day a week? I am willing to do this to both prove that I will start from the bottom and work up, and to gain some experience in an international aid NGO.

I think your letter is perfect, I would only change the last sentence :

"You can contact ME at XXXX or on XXXX (although it may be difficult for me to answer calls during work hours)."
