Prevention of miscarriage?

I've had yet another miscarriage....so I've been looking into preventative measures. I've seen that B-complex can aid in prevention. Which B vitamins and how much of each a day? Also, are there any other preventative measures?

I have conceived before with the same partner, just since then have been unable...possibly PCOS?

You may want to get a work up from a fertility specialist known as a Reproductive endocrinologist (RE). If you are unaware of the cause of the miscarriages they can test you to see if you or your partner have any immune issues or gene mutations that could require that you take some medication while pregnant. I think that would be the best place to start. I would try to get medical facts from a doctor about your specific issues.

I have never sufferred a miscarriage and im sorry to hear of your losses. i dont think there is much you can do to prevent a miscarriage its such a sad thing that happens to many people. you could ask your doctor to run some tests and perhaps look into your medicle history. i wish you luck in the future

My doc gave me progesterone for the first trimester to prevent miscarriage. Progesterone is what makes the baby "stick" inside you until the placenta grows.

sorry, i've never heard of anything that can help wiht prevention. many say that the third pregnancy usually won't miscarry....???
