Do you take the 1000 mg tablets, or the 5000 mg tablets? I take 3000 per day. So I would recommend getting the 1000 and take 2 or 3 tablets per day..... isn't the expression over-do not overdue...I thought overdue was for library books...anyway....this isn't exactly answering your question or helping or anything so I'll shut up now. i wouldnt take pills for that. just let nature take its course. its just hair, who cares.
