Drug Rehab Center's Crazy Booklet?

I picked up this insane booklet from this drug rehab center. The booklet actually gives you advice on how to do drugs. It explains how to use drugs more safely. It's done in the name of aids prevention, but I still think it's insane. I thought the goal of a rehab center was to get people off of drugs completely. Not using them more safely. Man, that's just like those teachers who tell you to not have sex and then give you condomes so that you can do it safely incase you choose to disobey. But this is on an even more insane level. The body was made for sex but not made for drugs. What do you think about this booklet on using drugs more safely?

wow! thats interesting. I think that people have a hard enough time trying to get off drugs--its not like its an easy thing to do, you know? but giving them tips on being safer about it really cuts down on their chances of contracting aids or hep b or c. there is also a new hepatitis around thats spread mostly through iv drug use, called delta hepatits, or hep d.
we want them to get better, and to get better they may as well stay safer than not in the process.

Ya can't stop everyone from being dumb or doing dumb stuff,...
but you can give them information on how to not die while being stupid, and hope that eventually they might get their heads completely out of their butts and actually stay clean!
