The pill only protects you from pregnancy and that is only if it is taken regularly for a while before having unprotected sex. It also isnt 100% effective. The pill does not protect against stds and aids and Hiv. Use condoms if you dont wish to contract these diseases.

no pill is going to protect you from AIDS, the only thing that can protect you from AIDS are condoms (and that's if you use it properly). I suggest you go to clinic to get more literature to better educate yourself before continuing to be sexual active.
