How do I find out which part of the BOG Waiver I qualify for?

I was told yesterday by the financial aid office at my college that I qualify for the BOG Waiver for the 2008-2009 school year. My mom and I researched it later on and discovered that there are different parts to the BOG Waiver. I believe there are three parts. How can I find out which part of the BOG Waiver I qualify for? If it helps, I currently am getting Food Stamps and I have Medi-Cal because I am pregnant.

Also, what does each part of the BOG Waiver do?

There are not 3 different "parts" of the BOG Waiver, there are three different types of BOG Waivers. All three of them do the same exact thing: they waive the registration fees at California Community Colleges, which at this time is $20/unit. Therefore, the only remaining fee that students who are eligible for any type of BOG Waiver have to pay is the health fee and student body fee, if applicable.

The three types of BOG Waiver are:
BOGA: for those students whose main source of income (or whose parents if they are dependent) comes from TANF, SSI or any other form of government assistance (cash aid only).
BOGB: for students who meet strict income requirements based on family size, as determined by the federal poverty guidelines, OR whose FAFSA EFC equals 0.
BOGC: for students who demonstrate at least $1 of financial need based on the FAFSA calculation results and the cost of attending their school (Cost of Attendance minus Expected Family Contribution must be greater than 0).

Based on the limited information you give, I would guess that you probably have a BOGB because you don't receive any cash aid, but you sound low income.
