English Essay about leaders abusing their power?

Ok, so for English, I have to write a 5-paragraph essay about how people in positions of power abuse their privelages. We were given examples: we read the book Animal Farm, and watched a long movie about Jim Jones, the cult leader who poisoned his hundreds of followers in Guyana with Kool-Aid (it was painful to watch, I'll tell you). We were told we could even write about bullies at school, as long as we could present enough about it for it to make sense.

So for my essay I'm planning on putting in a paragraph about Jim Jones/cults in general. But I need two more topics to write about. I want something more original than, say, Adolph Hitler, or Animal Farm, because I'm sure my teacher will be getting a lot of stuff on those topics. Like, other leaders like Hitler, etc. Can anyone give me any ideas for my other 2 paragraphs? I would do all the research if someone could help me out with an idea. I appreciate it very much!

Other leaders like Hitler are (most common) Lenin and Stalin.
Maybe you should write about policemen who abuse their power. I know a few. They bust you for doing something illegal (something minor. things nobody cares about) then do the same thing.

What about parents who abuse their power...and some DO abuse it. You may have met some.....their position in life toward their children is "do as I say, not as I do".
