Hi! My name is Jesse Hunter and I am a member of a research group at Rutgers University in New Jersey. As part of our government research grant, we are trying to attain information that could ultimately help us assist small businesses with post devastation reconstruction. Specifically as of now we are gathering previous research and information on reconstruction tactics of businesses effected by hurricane katrina and how those tactics influenced their possible successful reconstruction or failed reconstruction.
