Im stuck on what to do for my ART PROJECT?

the brief of my project is 'Transition' and i need to do something to do with changes.

Could you please give me suggestions as to what i can do

And what kind of final piece, research and body of work i can produce to aid me for my final pieces

Please could you suggest me to do something with design, meaning making something out of 3 dimensional shape and not fine art because i am not a fine artist

transition from feeling trapped/caged to freeeee (using birds and bird cages , shackels...) thats all i got sorry

design dosent = 3d

and, 3d is still fine art just fyi

go back with the clay thing... seriously. it starts as a big lump. that can be your first phase. then you knead it for a while and it is malleable...that's your second phase. then you sculpt it into whatever shape (even if it is something as simple as a shallow dish) and that's the final phase. it shows how the clay transitions from the rough element to the finished product.
