Cellphone-Accessible Decision-Support Prototype; C++ or J2ME??

I am working on my postgrad research project for which I wil bre creating 3 clinical-protocol knowledge management prototypes: one for HIv/AIDS, one for malaria and one for diabetes. The whole point of the exercise is that they should be accessible & usable via mobile phone. I can program in Pascal, SmallTalk, PL/SQL, Foxpro, Prolog, Java, C, C++ and Oracle (a bit). For my project, should I utilize C++, J2ME or Flex Prolog???

all i know is that J2ME will work on cell phone.

I don't know much about actually building a mobile program, but i use my mobile all the time.(like now) Most phones compatable programs seem to be j2me.
If you visit Nokia they have a software building download market. This might give you a better idea.

As far as I understand, most mobile phone software is written using J2ME and / or Java.

i am really amazed and thrilled that u know so many computer languages. use visual foxpro 9.0 with service pack 4. vfp supports mobile programming
