I require any information about an American "Medical Peace Corps." Does anyone care to help? accreditation

Thank you very much for choosing to look at this question. I need your help! I have looked and looked for information and found close to nothing. There is just not enough hours in the day to do all this research myself. I am calling out for some major researching to be done. True, there is very little around. In the event you are truly qualified to WRITE an article, PLEASE do! To be qualified would be to know the AIDS problem in Africa, etc. Nothing major. Although there is no reward for your hard work other than 10 points, please help me in any way that you can. What I can also offer though, is the possibility for anyone who WRITES a well educated article, is national accreditation. Once again, please help!

For various reasons, I am unable to write a paper on this.
However, from the little I have searched (so far)...it seems
that the Medical Peace Corps is not yet a reality.

[Please forgive me, I am not sure what is meant by accreditation,
could you enlighten a poor soul??]

I am not sure where you are in the paper, but at the risk of offending you, may I offer some thoughts for your consideration?
(From someone who has written a few papers over the years,
some good, many awful).
--Take on a small piece of the world, save the rest for later!
A paper is a paper, not a book!
---Close in on a few key points that interrelate well
---Use people as sounding boards, these may include family,
friends, co-workers, librarians, or, if writing for a class,
the instructor and classmates
--Someone told me writing is 1/2 (75 %??-memory is shot)
thinking, the rest writing
