Suing God, aiding and abetting a criminal, contempt of court...jail time?

I am wondering (and have done a little research) about suing God. The thing is suing God becomes a problem because I cant get him served.
So I am wondering if I may request an order to have his believers fined for aiding and abetting a criminal. I also was wondering if charges of contempt of court would be brought up when the questions are asked as to God's whereabouts. They would say "heaven" and when asked how to get there they would say either "I dont know" or something like "pray"
So with the aiding and abetting and contempt of court could we see possible jail time for his people?

Im am just wondering since the good Ol' USA was founded in Christian beliefs and all. :) If thats true then there should be no problem suing God.

Or maybe the Supreme Court would say "You cant sue God because we dont know he exists"...which would mean this isnt a truely Christian founded nation.

So would my case hold up in court?

Oh yeah I want to sue God for the following:
Strabismus
Congenital ear and throat problems
Large port wine birthmark
Wind in New Mexico
and
bad customer service at WalMart.

You would need to serve the summons to his representatives on Earth. Go for the leaders of the main streams of Christianity - The Pope, Arch Bishop of Canterbury and whoever leads the fundies.

I'll join you in that. My roof was damaged in a cyclone a few years back, and the insurance company wouldn't pay up becuase it was an act of God. Maybe Billy Connelly was on to something.

The good Ol' USA was actually founded because people wanted relief from religious persecution, and the right to worship how they wished.

you never said what you would hope to gain by suing God, or who the "Criminal" you refer to is.

basically, not much of a case, and might have trouble getting a court to even hear your case.

Certainly not!! God isn't the one responsible for all the above problems - that is our own doing. He made us in His own image, and he gave us "free will", and it is the use to which some of us put to use that "free will" which is at the root of the problem. We are here to be tested. Those who have abused their choices to create evil won't be the ones who'll enjoy their eternity!
