Would a method of concentrated rresearch into an area, improve it faster than normal research & development - for example, if he set up all the hemotologists, and Aids specialists in the US in a 'lab-town' and let them hash it out? - research is always stymied by distance and disconection I think the Rack and being whipped would work much better. It's worked in the past, so it should work now. It wouldn't surprise me if the RD ppl currently out there were really being paid NOT to find the cures by the pharmaceudical companies and maybe even some of the nonprofit orgs supposedly out there to help because it would be counter-productive....if the millions had really been placed in RD I think pretty much all disease would be cured. But that's just my opinion. |
