Please what has HIV got to do with depopulation ?

I'm talking about THE DEPOPULATION AGENDA WITH HIV AS THE COVER STORY by Jon Rappoport

Apparently that paper is saying that there isn't a virus out there that is killing people and it was a plot to depopulate Africa. I might believe that, if it had stopped in Africa. It is now worldwide and hasn't stopped, and maybe they pushed the agenda ahead to depopulate the world, but somehow I just can't believe that. Even if the world is a sick place.
