I am considering developing a political blog for Christian moderates. How does one develop a blog?

I hope to cover the spectrum on all sorts of current policy issues; education, stem cell research, international aid, terror and security, etc. but from a moderate Christian perspective. I have an MA in policy analysis and am looking to refine my skills. I am no pundit, just a concerned citizen who sees the whole red state-blue state debate as a smoke screen covering up the REAL issues. I even have a name for it - The New Algonquin Round Table. I live near a Lake Algonquin and I have done much of my best thinking there. I also am aware of the history and impact of the "Old" Algonquin Round Table made famous by Sherwood, Ross, Benchly and Parker.

You can start writing one. Yahoo 360 provides that--it is a good place to get started. There is also blogspot.com--which is also free.

If you like it and it is successful you can get a dot com blog which will cost you a few bucks (but you can, if successful, get some advertising).

sounds interesting... but it seems to be a tough world out there... people don't seem to want to know "how it is" but only "how I think it is"... there is no search for truth anymore... only a search to twist the truth until it shows you in a positive manner....
