If you could give $250,000 to a charity and you had to choose between....?

research for AIDS (or Cancer) and Foster Homes for Children which would you choose? and you would give all $250000 to only 1 of the two types.

cancer research, but i would want to give some to help homeless pets too.

Cancer

That's a hard choice to make. I'm going with the Foster Homes for Children.

foster homes for children.

The home for children, think about it more than one of those kids can go on to find the cure to cancer/aids...

aids, we would be that much closer to not worry about having "fun"

neither-id pick operation smile

Cancer

foster homes for children and i would give 5,000 of that and send it to food share

foster home

I would have to choose the March of Dimes and Make A Wish.
I have premature twins and we weren't sure if they would live and the March of Dimes is all about that.

Foster Homes because it helps a problem immediately.

Cancer...because it kills adults AND children

Out of those two options, I would donate to Foster Homes for Children..

Quite frankly, I would love to donate $250,000 to St. Jude's Children's hospital. Kids with cancer...it breaks my heart.

foster homes for children of course. AIDS is a preventable disease and I think that sex education is more valuable than spending tons of money on AIDS research. I would love to know a large lump sum of money was going to house unfortunate children; children that have no choice whether they are foster kids or not. ^.~
