What r the chances of getting funding 4 PhD in Electrical Engr. in any US university?

I am from India n I want to know what r d chances of getting full research aid under a prof. or Univ for pursuing PhD in electrical Engr from any US university?

You can start by searching University websites (especially the ECE department websites) and see the kind of funding and research programs they have.

If a research program catches your interest, and you have a good GRE score, then you can go ahead and apply for it. There are many excellent Indian professors in many of these Universities who I am sure are willing to get you on their research teams and even fund you if you can convince them that you are hard working and dedicated.
