Is there anyone who can help me find a particular thesis written by J. Witzig in 1988?

The thesis is written by him for his Ph.D in NC State University. I need a copy to aid my research in coral fish assessment. I had tried looking for it in NCSU's website but to no avail. I'm not in the U.S.

If you were in the US, you could get the original by interlibrary loan, but since you are not, the process is more difficult and costly.
