I have one question , need a answer from the religious people...?

My science teacher said that we evolve from some sort of a Ape , and something about the adaptation , survival , facing natures severity learning skills and love to the children has bring us to this stage. ( something about Charles Darwin, ) But my friend told me that we are made from clay balls, and a past0r told me that we are from Adam and eve, the world is made in six days. like magic illusion in Harry Potter...I'm confuse . . I feel like its better to study the easy path..The clay ball story or six day creation. So I can just simply write the bible content to my science exam. The god is powerfull and he made the world in 6days . end of story!!! But . .
I want to be a science person to help the cancer researches or AIDS researches. Plus to make a solar powered hovercraft to carry people across the oceans... what should I follow? The dumb priest or the science teacher?

If you want to be a scientist, you shouldn't start taking the easy path now. Study your SCIENCE book for your exam.

You'll get better answers to this from atheists.

Apes, humans and monkeys are all primates. They all have a common ancestor. It would be misleading to call that ancestor "some sort of ape". That ancestor bears as much resemblance to apes as it does us.

Clergy rarely have that good a handle on biology. They're discouraged from learning too much about evolution. If I were you, I'd listen to your science teacher.

Better yet, read some of the books written by Richard Dawkins on the topic, such as The Selfish Gene, The Blind Watchmaker, An Ancestor's Tale, and Climbing Mount Improbable. He's a biologist that writes very well.

follow what is in your heart and what you believe to be right.

not nice ... calling the priest dumb for believing something different to you
by all means believe what you like , but no need to be nasty about it

Your post implies that you consider the priest 'dumb'. I don't know the man. I think RC is a cult. BUT, I know scientists will say anything to keep the money rolling in. I know that liberal school systems will deny God. But the truth is, God made it all. Read Genesis with a believing heart. Trust God, not man.

Before you pass judgment on the Bible and God, do a little study and research on the subject.
After all if you want to be a scientist, isn't study and research what they do? This would be a good start on your future career.

Apparently Darwins theory isn't even complete. You believe whatever you wanna believe in. Just don't base your beliefs on what the majority of people believe, coz it is necessarily the right one! Darwin has made his studies, came to some conclusions which some scientist have then proved wrong/incomplete. If you wanna believe in it, your choice.

The clay ball story is not true, nobody believes in that but your friend who probably either made that up or heard from somebody who made that up.
As for the other two, well, the 6 day creation story is true, but if you want a good grade on your science test, you should write the evolution story, but since evolution is a myth, I would just put "according to scientists," and then explain the "theory" so then you are not saying that evolution is true, but are just saying that scientist believe that.

i just want to point out that the whole 6 days thing is probably metaphorical. it could easily mean 6 million years (the bible is full of metaphors). and evolution and creation are not completely exclusionary

If you want to be a sheepshead you will not do your own research into this matter and you will listen to one side or the other and make up your mind for the rest of your life. You appear to have your answer. The cults of science and the cults of religion are the same. Believe or don't. True science and true religion are a different story. You will have to do your own work to get to those gems.

>>I want to be a science person to help the cancer researches or AIDS researches.<<

Forget it...you're too stupid to be a "science person".

it seems like you have already made your decision.
there is no sign of an ape forming into a human. Archeologists have not been able to find bones of a transition: meaning they have never found a forming human that is partial ape and partial human. We have not been able to see this formation in our world today. I have not seen a butterfly turn into a worm. I know you must say that this is natural selection and mutations, but mutations only go so far. Mutations dont turn elephants into lions.

Your science teacher is out of date. Probably also thinks Pluto is a planet and we have 9 of them instead of 8, because the text book says so.

Modern theory is MAN developed as a separate and distinct species and not a decendent of any lower form.

Creationism says man was created from the dust of the Earth (containing organic chemicals, microbes, bacterium, and who knows what else back then) and a breath from God's nostrills (gas).

Ever have a gas stove not light and so you blow on it and give it a burst of O2 from your mouth.

No one actually knows how we were form with any certainty. Science says free atoms (the mass of the universe) has always been there and will always be there.

Religion says God always was and always will be

Science says there's a mindless, souless cosmic casino that works in full automation and it threw a lucky 7 and that's why were are here.

Religion says something smarter and wiser than us designed us on purpose.

Now, go to Radio Shack, put some parts into a box, shake it up and see if the Cosmic Casino will give you a fully working I Pod without Intellegent Intervention.

dont study what you think is easy, study what you think is right. dont let beliefs stop u from being a scientist, though with your refrence to and obvious disdain for the "dumb priest" that shouldnt be much of a problem. the clay ball thing makes u seem just stupid but the evolution and creation theories are both legitimate. regardless of whether its correct (you can argue the two till youre blue in the face) it is better to know which one you believe. so stop dithering and decide. *believe the priest*
happy holidays and good luck!

God made Adam from the dust of the earth and breathed the breath of life into him. That is why they say ashes to ashes, dust to dust. When we die our bodies go back to dust again.

HEY GITLS, YOU NEED TO SUCK MY BIG DICK!!! YOU THEN SWALLOW MY TASTY JIZZZ!!! I WILL NOT STOP ****** YOUR PUSSIE, GIRLS!!!
