Do you ever stop and give thanks for all that Hollywood celebrities do for us? |
If not for THEIR efforts in the areas of AIDS research, global warming, disaster relief, politicial activism, peace negotiations etc., where would we be? Actually, I'm being sarcastic. I think the ordinary person does more to help the world and can manage to do it without any fanfare. But, seriously, why is this world's thinking so asymmetric, that you would even feel the need to have to explain that your question was dripping with sarcasm, in the event that someone may have mistaken it for a tribute to Hollywood for real??? That's what scares me! WOTEVA..NO I DON'T no .. only some celebrities actually do that .. that's who i thank They don't do enough. Only a select few actually use their millions for a good cause every day I say to myself "what would Britney do"? Actually I read that all the giving of food to people in Africa (Live Aid, Red Cross, etc.) and all that stuff is starting to develop a welfare mentality in Africa, people don't want to work since they're given free food by different organizations. LMAO! RIght b/c there are so many more of "them" than there are of "us". I feel like I'm at work - everyone thanks the attorneys, but we do all the "work" ... I'm only interested in thanking Mr. Depp. hmnm you think i can get one of them to help me get a new car? |
