Spirit guides: Do they exist and have you had contact with them?

I have done quite a bit of research on this phenomenon. Some believe that these are guardian angles or highly evolved spirits sent to help individuals through psychic events.There some who believe that animal spirits can guide one through traumatic events or aid with the process of physic development. yes & all the time spirit guides are a very good thing to have around!

they do exist you have one or two spirit guides. i also have done some research yesterday. i want to contact one of mine but i want to contact wisely. by when maybe i need help or something like that. you can also contact your spirit animal which i also did yesterday im a tiger =)

Hi :) I have read that before we are born, we make a contract with God and the Council of higher spirits, as to what we want to learn from our life this time that we come down. We are joined with our spirit guide by mutual decision, to come together and for him/her to try and help us fulfill our purpose (our contract). There is an awesome book by Sylvia Browne, " Contacting Your Spirit Guide". It comes with a guide meditation CD. It explains what Spirit Guides are, and how to contact them :)

Yes spirit guides are real, I have 3, They first showed themselves to me as white wolves, probably because as a child I was more comfortable with animals than with people.
