What diet pill with help aid me with my current diet and exercise plan? |
I joined a gym in march and lost 15 pounds and 2 dress sizes in 8 weeks with a change in my diet. For the past few weeks I am unable to lose anymore weight, nor inches. I've been researching diet pill after diet pill and im getting very frustrated. I don't want a miracale pill, I want something safe that will help motivate me and aid in my weightloss. Even better diet suggestions will help. I'm a vegetarian so high protein diets are not an option. I eat about 5 times a day, 3 main meal with snacks like fruits, veggies, or granola bars in between. I work out about 90 minutes a day, 4-5 days a week, which includes weight training and cardio. All this a no weight loss. Should I try protein shakes or pills, or does anyone know of a diet pill that works? Please any advice will help! If you really want a pill at least get one that won't mess you up. Have you tried ALLI! It blocks 25% you eat and is FDA approved. You will see oily spotting but the embarrassing side effects are not really that bad they are exaggerated unless you eat McDonald's with it. Hey there, by prescription.. phentermine, i use this, it give be energy without the jitters, i also use Alli, to block fat that i consume.
