I felt blocked up with my new Hearing aid?

Hi,
I am a recent user of CIC music pro it is now 6 yrs old. i have brought myself a new CIC Nitron.
When I have the new one on i felt like I am under the water, I felt blocked up. i cant hear. I have asked the audiologist to increased the volume to the max and does not work.

She said I'm not use to it that y.

i took it home and have closer look at it and there is no vent.
my old one have the vent.

Can you tell me is this the why i felt block up? I see no point of wearing it if i can't hear anything.

i put on old one on one ear and new on the other and i can hear so much better with the old one. why?

i tried to explain to the audiologist and she just don't understand what i'm talking abt.

Can anyone offer me an answer please?? or a website i can research?

Your question is kind of hard to understand. From what it sounds like you are probably feeling plugged up because there is either no vent or too small of a vent. I'm sure your audiologist would understand if you could explain it better.
