I would like to share this with couples ttc.me and hubby are giving them a go.has anyone else tried herbs, etc.

i have been doing some research on recurrent miscarriages, and infertility in men and women.i have heard about alot of very sucessfull outcomes with the aid of natural herbs.they are quite expensieve but in my opinion if they work it doesnt matter.
for women they are said to correct hormone imbalance, strenghten the uterine lining, repair damage to blood and sexual organs, produce better cervical mucus and improve egg quality:-
vitex
L-arginine
green tea
vitamin E,B6,B12
selenium
iron
zinc
magnesium
don quai
folic acid.
for men they are said to improve sperm count and quality, and repair damage done by toxins of any kind, blood and circulation to the reproductive organs:-
vitamin C,E,B6,B12
zinc
selenium
arginine
green tea
coenzyme Q10
folic acid
L-canitine
L-methionine
don quai.

We've taken almost all of those at some point in our efforts and none of them worked. I think they are worth a shot, though, and I certainly don't regret trying these things. I really hope they work for you! Good luck and lots of baby dust!!!

I have heard about some of the above supplements. I take vitamin B6 after ovulation and a daily vitamin that has many of the things you listed. My husband is taking a daily vitamin and also l-arginine, l-carnitine, and pycnogenol (sp?). Thanks for the advice.

P.S. I took vitex a few cycles ago and it made me ovulate early...either my body didn't agree with it or I was taking the wrong dose. Either way, I stopped it.
