Is it all bogus? Is there truth to any of it? What's the US coming to?
I was wondering if anyone has any legitimate articles relating to any of this. It's a controversial subject, obviously, but I'm researching for a portfolio paper. Honestly though, the grounds for the paper are shaky and feeble at best. I need more depth. All help is useful, don't hold back please and thank you.

1. Fema Camps = House Bill Hr 645
A new bill has been introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives called the National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645. This bill if passed into law will direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to establish national emergency centers otherwise known as FEMA camp facilities on military installations. This is an incredibly disturbing piece of legislation considering that the powers that be have already set in motion an agenda to setup a nationwide marital law apparatus through U.S. Northern Command and the Department of Homeland Security. Apparently, the fusion centers, militarized police, surveillance cameras and a domestic military command is not enough. Even though we already know that detention facilities are already in place, they now want to legalize the construction of FEMA camps on military installations using the ever popular excuse that the facilities are for the purposes of a national emergency.
2. Martial Law = The power has been taken away from the people thru Executive Orders, All of these are at the call of the president in the event of a "National Emergency"
Executive Order 10995: All communications media are to be seized by the Federal Government. Radio, TV, newspapers, CB, Ham, telephones, and the internet will be under federal control. Hence, the First Amendment will be suspended indefinitely.
Executive Order 10997: All electrical power, fuels, and all minerals well be seized by the federal government.
Executive Order 10998: All food resources, farms and farm equipment will be seized by the government. You will not be allowed to hoard food since this is regulated.
Executive Order 10999: All modes of transportation will go into government control. Any vehicle can be seized.
Executive Order 11000: All civilians can be used for work under federal supervision.
Executive Order 11490: Establishes presidential control over all US citizens, businesses, and churches in time of "emergency."
Executive Order 12919: Directs various Cabinet officials to be constantly ready to take over virtually all aspects of the US economy during a State of National Emergency at the direction of the president.
Executive Order 13010: Directs FEMA to take control over all government agencies in time of emergency. FEMA is under control of executive branch of the government.
Executive Order 12656: "ASSIGNMENT OF EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS RESPONSIBILITIES", "A national emergency is any occurrence, including natural disaster, military attack, technological emergency, or other emergency that seriously degrades or seriously threatens the national security of the United States. Policy for national security emergency preparedness shall be established by the President." This order includes federal takeover of all local law enforcement agencies, wage and price controls, prohibits you from moving assets in or out of the United States, creates a draft, controls all travel in and out of the United States, and much more.
Martial law can be declared due to natural disasters, Y2k Crisis, Stock Market crash, no electricity, riots, biological attack, .... anything leading to the breakdown of law and order.
This is all part of the plan to bring the US into the NWO There are no FEMA camps, unless you're talking about mobile home and trailer parks for people displaced by natural disasters.
Martial law is not going to happen, at least not this week.

No, it is not all bogus. There are several straw men out there for convenient debunking, but there is real stuff going on here.
Glen Beck pointed out that a lot of the camps were AMtrak buildings but did not address the massive furnaces being installed there or the cattle-run type fencing, or the in-turned barbed wire, or the electronic turnstyles at repair facilities, or the helicopter beacons at repair facilities, or the dozens of military vehicles frequenting -- and being stored at -- repair facilities . . .
And let's not forget who really owns Amtrak.

The Exec orders started with FDR and really got rolling with Kennedy, who authorized the first shackle-equipped cattle cars. Since then, what is on the books is really ugly. |
