Cricopharyngeal spasm-feeling of lump in throat....?

Is anyone aware of the treatment/management and the aids that can help me to control its symptoms...it feels like a feeling of lump in my throat ,no problem in breathing,eating ......and disturbs when i go to sleep and lies down.......
