Does anyone have heartburn ?

Did anyone have heartburn in early pregnancy, like on things that you normally eat and dont have any problems. I have heartburn from crazy things, like kool-aid. I'm looking to find out different early pregnancy symptoms of different kinds, besides the normal ones.All comments will be appreciated.

I had the worst heartburn in the world while I was pregnant - with both kids! But, mine started around 6 months and continued until I gave birth. The only thing that I found that would relieve it was Aloe Juice. you can find it a walmart but tums or anything else didn't help. Mine too were from crazy things - juice of course, but weird stuff too!! good luck 鈾?/div>

ME! I get it all the time, and it drives me crazy. I have it right now, in fact.

It has to do with a number of things, mostly hormones effecting the way you digest, as well as your stomach getting pushed up by your expanding uterus. I get it no matter what I eat...spicy, bland, whatever! It's usually not BAD, just persistent!

I take Tums to relieve the symptoms. I prefer the Smoothies variety because they actually taste good, instead of like fruit-flavored chalk. PLUS they are a calcium supplement, which is wonderful while pregnant! Oh, and try not to fill up your stomach in one sitting...multiple small meals are key.

yes heartburn gets worse as preg progresses too because the uterus pushes up on the stomach and causes reflux. You should try to lay off the kool-aid unless you use splenda because 1 cup of sugar is a lot thats what is made with. Stay away from spicy foods, chocolate, caffine, and refined sugar. it will be trial and error because maybe some of those things i stated to stay away from will be okay for you, but not someone else. I always drink a glass of milk when i feel heartburn and if that doesn't work i will take tums (they are my best friend). good luck
