i fell in a basketball then sticked my arm while falling and it hurted a bit.until now it still hurts a bit and my elbow is just like is 15% weaker before i fell.. How long ago did this fall happened? It depends on where it hurts. put an icepack on it. Take some ibuprofin, get plenty of rest. If it doesn't feel better, go see a doctor. |
