I think I may have AIDS, what are the symptoms and how do I check? Please help? The only way to know if you are infected is to be tested for HIV infection. You cannot rely on symptoms to know whether or not you are infected. Many people who are infected with HIV do not have any symptoms at all for 10 years or more. Most people who have HIV, the virus that can lead to AIDS, have no symptoms for several years. HIV can not be diagnosed by symptoms. You won't know until you're in the final stages, but even then you may think you have something else entirely. Basically, get tested by a doctor, and then if you have it, take precautions to avoid spreading it. I am about to seem harsh because I want what is best for you - GO AND GET FREAKING CHECKED BY A DOCTOR!!!! Have yourself tested it is the only way to find out if you have been infected. Go see a dr and get tested. Thats the only way to be sure. Good luck ask your doctor. that's the only way really. Good luck hope it turns out ok. |
