Does a non-custodial parent stand a chance against child support?

wow this child support is a very heavy issue. let me first state that i'm a non- custodial father. i live in ohio as well as my kids (i believe, seeming that i haven't seen them). my question is this are there ways to protect my CDL (Commercial Drivers License) from the CSEA (child support enforcement agency). how do i get an atty. without the resources to afford one? legal aid or public defender does not handle these cases. i have yet to fight the initial order or even the attempt to reach me for dna testing. i'm @ the process where they suspend my license about every 2 months. i can't afford the support order. the people @ CSEA are not very helpful. they're response to everything is just cliche's and platitudes. i've read some of these entries and responses. very little good advice thus far. mainly, opinons although some helpful info. where can i go online or elsewhere where i can get some legal advice on child support specifically

Lordy, get ready for the scathing comments you are about to get on here.
Talk to a Father's Rights association. Many times they will have paralegals that will help you to get the ball rolling and point you in the right direction concerning this issue.
Get the DNA test.
Pay a little towards the children until every thing gets situated( if you are not paying already).
You will be hit with a heavy monthly CS order eventually, plus arrears, if the DNA test proves you to be the Father.
There is basically nothing that you can do to fight it, except keep receipts of the monies paid out, and make sure not to use cash, as some women turn around and claim that this cash was a "gift".
Keep your chin up, contribute towards your children, and hold on to your a**.... you're in for a long ride.

you need to contact child support agency's in you state, and tell them the relevant information, if this doesn't help then you could try getting a lawyer form the family courts to help you, maybe a fee involved.I do wish you luck.

I don't really get it--are you looking for ways to get out of child support? If so, I'd have no advice for you other than you should take care of what you've made.
