When I went there to check it out here is kind of the basic stuff they told us.

The average GPA was between 3.5-3.8 That is pretty much Mostly B's and A's.

You will also need to take the SAT's or the ACT's. Its a good idea to take both because they test on different material.

Typical SAT score was about 1600-1800 out of 2400 I believe.

Age doesn't really matter as long as you graduate from high school you will be fine. You also must take a certain number of required courses.

Tuition in total will be between 12-17 thousand dollars a year if you live on campus. If you comute to campus it would be more around 7-8 thousand dollars.

Financial aid, scholorships, and grants are all kind of dependent on your family's financial situation, your work ethic, your grades, and alot of time just who you are.

In high school your Counselor should help you out with what classes you need to take.

Junior High just take the typical classes.

Lastly if you not in Junior High yet you really should not be worrying that much about your college. You still have along time before there and you should enjoy your time now and not live just to get into Cal Poly SLO.

For the classes in high school you should be taking
English -4 years
Math- 3 years, 4 recommended up to at the very minimum ALG 2should do more
Science- 2 years required 3 recommended
History- 4 years
Foreign Language- 2 minimum and 3 rec.
