2 History homework questions?

I have 2 questions left from my 45 question study guide for an upcoming test (it took me forever to do..) Anyway, Im positive I got every question right, except for these two..i'm not 100 percent sure



"The Neutrality Acts of 1935, 1936, and 1937":

2.) The League of Nations:
