HELP! visual aid for a persuasive speech on xenotransplants and animal testing?!?

I am writing a persuasive speech for english class "for" xenotransplanting(the use of animal organs in humans). There are many benefits and life saving possibilities due to this, but for my speech we are required to use a visual aid. I want to do something creative. any ideas?

A few years ago, genetic scientists grew a human ear on a lab rat. I remember the shocking pics and that made a statement how medical advancement and technology are connected. At the same time, I also remember doctors contemplating a pig to human transplant-forgot what organ though.

It would be shocking and grab the attention of your audience to show a startling picture like that.
