p(p)=1kg(m^-3) and viscosity v(p)= 1x10^-5 (m^2)(s^-1). To aid in the design of this new or prototype airship, a small scale model is to be first built and tested. The length of the model is to be L(m)=2m and it will be tested by moving it, while completely submerged, through a water channel with water of density p(m)=1000kg (m^-3) and water viscosity
v(m)=1x10^-6 (m^2)(s^-1). For complete dynamic similarity between the prototype and the model, find the required cross sectional area of the model A(m) and the speed U(m) with which the model must be moved.

As shown in 1st part, the problem can be described by the the three dimensionless groups:

Complete similarity requires that

for all three numbers.

From similarity of 蟺鈧?you calculate the area of the model:
