Acid reflux help me? |
hiya thanks for reading i have acid reflux an dit makes me feel sick all the time then i found out (by doing a test) that i have a very advanced case of canidida which ive been told can contribute too it/ i then went onto a site from google and it said that exicise can greatly help it. (the candida) and i went too martial arts a few times and i felt greatly better afterwards (form my acid rlux) so do you think if i sort my candida out my acid reflux may go or be lessend and easier too treat (as i have tried all the doctors drugs and natural remidies e.g ACV and aloe vera, hiney e.t.c them all! and they dont eem too work) do you think getting rid of this avanced case of candida will sort out my aid reflux? please n sarcastic answers or anyfin lyk that or i dont know's cos this is a serious matter too me cos its ruining my life! plz answer! (p.s im 13 year old girl) oh and p.p.s candida IS reated too acid relfux for the ppl who are wonderin cos on eof the syptoms is acid relux! Acid reflux accures when the digestive system is not doing its job properly so to give it a kick, you can use high dose friendly bacteria or probiotics and get rid of Candida & Acid reflux in one go!!! |
